Time of Delibery

Orders from overseas and overseas shipping After payment is confirmed, we will ship within 10 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and busy periods).
However, as everything is handmade, delivery times may vary depending on the number of orders and busy periods.
 
EMS Insurance Program

In the unlikely event of damage or loss, the actual loss will be compensated.
For EMS items of 20,000 yen or more, if the item is damaged or partially lost during delivery, we will pay up to 2,000,000 yen of the actual loss.

Cancellations

We do not accept order cancellation once payment has been completed.

Please note that the consumption tax amount shown is charged as a handling fee for international shipping.
 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
 

Tracking result of international mail is "Import Canceled".

It means that the destination country has stopped importing and the delivery has been interrupted.
If the tracking result of the international mail is "Import Canceled", the recipient must confirm the reason for the import cancellation with the post office nearest to the destination country.
We do not sell prohibited items, so we are not responsible for any troubles caused by customs.

 

In terms of the request to change your order and to add your order

In case of the credit card of the oversea customers, payment amount by your changed or additional order
often could not be changed by the customer's contract status of the credit card.

Therefore, if you would like to change your order or to add your order, please let us know by e-mail once.
After that,when you change your order or add your order, Your original order will be canceled once.
And your changed or additional order will be received.

But there are some case that your request is not received by re-order timing and our inventory situation.

After we send the shipment information of your order to you, you can not change and add the order.
